Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Planet Lovetron. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our coffee beans are a consumable food product, all coffee purchases are considered final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at customerservice@planetlovetron.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may also request photos or other information to help us evaluate the situation.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Issues With Your Order

We encourage you to contact us if:

You received the wrong product.
Your order arrived damaged.
An item is missing from your order.
You believe there is a quality issue with the coffee.
There is another significant problem with your order.

We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because coffee beans are a consumable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Returned coffee cannot be resold, and we therefore do not accept returns simply because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product.

Please contact us before sending any product back. We will not require a customer to return a product unless we specifically instruct them to do so.

Shipping Issues

If your order is damaged or otherwise affected during shipping, please contact us at customerservice@planetlovetron.com as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

If we approve a refund, it will generally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.
